What are my payment options?
You can make an online reservation using a credit or debit card. When making your booking please make sure you have sufficient funds in your account.
You can pay with one card or split the payment between two cards.
You can also pay a deposit and then pay the rest of the balance 30 days before your departure or reservation.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We do not charge a fee for cancellation or changes to flights. However any fees for cancellation that are imposed by the airline in accordance with its terms and conditions will be passed onto you.
Please note not all flights are refundable and changeable.
When will the tickets arrive?
Tickets usually arrive a few days after booking. There is a re-issue system in place should the tickets get lost in the post. If tickets have not arrived 3 days before the flight a ticket on departure can be arranged with the airline.
What is the best way to contact 123-Travel?
The best way to get in touch is to email us at: info@123-Travel.com. You will then be called usually within 24 hours by one of our Customer Service Assistants.
Am I allowed to make special requests with my room reservation?
Yes. Any special requests will gladly be passed onto the hotel. Please note we cannot guarantee these requests.
Special requests can be made via the Trip Preference page which opens up after you have made your room selection.
